S.Y.H. POLICY: QUANTITY TO INFINITIVE LIMITATION, QUALITY TO CONSTRUCTIVE PERFECTION
In the process of production, Sing Young Hong uses "the magnificent seven" of the quality control to solve the problems and in time, to maintain the standard of products.
Moreover, to reach the most effective factory work flow process, SYH uses Motion Study and Time Study, we cut off the unnecessary processed, improve and enforce the useful actions to achieve the aims of simplified work and increased output. And to analyze the time required of each work section by using Time Study, Therblig Analysis, ability of management, we can make the workers more adapted to the operation of machines and make each of the section to exploit the maximum capacity.
SYH endeavors to work research into the production effort to lower the possibilities of inferior products, and to avail machines effectively, shorten the time of produce cycle, and with the standardization of process to correspondence the principles of economical and efficient.
Quality has always been the main direction of SYH , from the ground of raw material control up to the produce unit control management and the final inspection before the packaging, these all show our determination to guarantee the quality, because we recognized the best.
We can control the quality and precision of the instrument while producing, and the main key is of the operators. Besides the regular training on work, modern science and the theory guiding into production are the best ways to superior quality.
To maintain and to operate the facilities accurately are the main points to lower the occurrence of defects. Compressing system is the topmost invention of SYH to reduce defects. It offers 600kg -f to compress continuously and to do so makes the products tested and safe. To develop the right instruments at the right time is the advantage for us to keep the competition.
We give high importance to the quality control. We inspect not only the goods, but also the packaging and the export cartons. We are in one with creating a more eco- friendly environment; we segregate the polybags and cartons accordingly.
The inspection quality control of the quality is also important. You can see how we betake ourselves to the quality from the export cartons. As to preserve the environment, we use re-cycle poly bags to reduce contamination. That's because Sing Young Hong is a part of the earth.
